Grand Peak Capital Corp. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.3 million in funding.

Grand Peak Capital Corp. (OTCPK:GPKU.D) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units at a price of CAD 0.03 per unit for gross proceeds of up to CAD 300,000 on March 31, 2015. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant.

Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of CAD 0.05 per share for a period of five years. The transaction may be subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval.
