Planum GP ad Beograd is a Serbia-based company principally engaged in the engineering and construction industry. Its activities comprise construction of airports and air bases, highways and motorways, underground structures and tunnels, railway lines, city traffic arteries and infrastructure and hydro-technical structures. Apart from that, the Company manufactures construction materials, pre-cast concrete units and steel structures, and offers plant and equipment overhaul. In addition, it is engaged in the catering and tourism industry through its travel agency Planumtours, which runs a hotel Planum. The hotel offers accommodation in double and triple rooms (80 beds), as well in apartments (20 beds). Additional to this, the Company also provides automotive repair and maintenance services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated three wholly owned subsidiaries, Angoplanum, based in Angola, Planum Ltd, based in Cyprus and Planum Invest.
