Hisanori Kato, the lender, and the company’s shareholder, Anela Co., Ltd., have agreed with the lead manager that they will not sell the company’s common stock without the prior written consent of the lead manager for the period from October 21, 2019 to the 180th day after the listing date.

The Company provides used car sales, car purchasing, maintenance and body repair, insurance agency, rental car, and gas station services.
