GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 8.4% stake in WAISL Limited from Utthishta Virat Fund for approximately INR 570 million.

GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited (NSEI:GMRINFRA) entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 8.4% stake in WAISL Limited from Utthishta Virat Fund for approximately INR 570 million on April 30, 2024. The consideration consists of INR 566.6 million in cash. As part of the consideration, INR 566.6 million was paid towards common equity.
