Resolution No. 160/2017
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 22 February 2017
concerning the admission to exchange trading on the WSE Main Market
of structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG
§ 1
Pursuant to § 3.1 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading on the parallel market structured certificates issued by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG in 10 series of certificates referred to in Exhibit to this Resolution, in a number not higher than the number of certificates of a given series indicated in this Exhibit in the column 'Issue Volume'.
§ 2
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
