In accordance with § 117a, Section IV of the WSE Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP system and according to the current report No. 86/2016 of 23 November 2016 of the company CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY SA on the suspension of the execution of the Issuer Extraordinary General Meeting Resolution No. 7 dated 26 September 2016 in terms of the Central Securities Depository of Poland S.A. implementation of the realization of the right of priority in the acquisition of a new issue shares (Series G), Warsaw Stock Exchange SA waives the implementation of the activities referred to in Section 1, Chapter 13, Division IV of the WSE Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP system.
As a result GPW did not make the conversion of the WIG and WIG-Poland parameters, despite the participation of a company CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY SA.

The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services. As of December 31, 2011, it operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, WSEInfoEngine SA, providing data transmission and information services; and Instytut Rynku Kapitalowego WSE Research SA, engaged in publishing; as well as 92.47%-owned BondSpot SA.
