Resolution No. 1356/2016
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 21 December 2016
concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
on the GPW Main List of series M bearer ordinary shares
of the company ADIUVO INVESTMENTS S.A.
§ 1
The Exchange Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the Exchange Rules, 730,000 series M bearer ordinary shares of the company ADIUVO INVESTMENTS S.A. a par value PLN 0,10 each, are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.
§ 2
Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce as of 23 December 2016 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the shares of the company ADIUVO INVESTMENTS S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the registration of the series M shares and their coding as 'PLADVIV00015' by the National Depository for Securities on 23 December 2016.
§ 3
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.

It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data. The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services. As of December 31, 2011, it operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, WSEInfoEngine SA, providing data transmission and information services; and Instytut Rynku Kapitalowego WSE Research SA, engaged in publishing; as well as 92.47%-owned BondSpot SA.
