of the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
dated 3 January 2012
on declaring non-executed broker's orders for shares in some companies listed on the WSE Main List null and void
§ 1
Pursuant to § 5.2, Chapter VI of Detailed Exchange Trading
Rules, in relation to the adding of shares in the companies
listed below to the Zone of Lower Liquidity and in
connection with § 3.1 of Chapter VII of the Detailed
Exchange Trading Rules, the Warsaw Stock Exchange
Management Board resolves that broker's orders for the
shares in the following companies:
