Information about setting the issue price of the Series B
Bonds and the final number of the Series B Bonds offered in
the Offering
This information has been prepared pursuant to Article 54.3 of the Act on Public Offering.
Those terms which are capitalised herein are defined in the Prospectus, Chapter "Abbreviations and Definitions."
The following information is being published according to the Prospectus.
On 30 January 2012, acting in co-ordination with the Joint Lead Managers, the Company set, in the form of an Annex to the Placement Agreement referred to in the Prospectus: (i) the issue price of the Series B Bonds at PLN 100.91 per Series B Bond and (ii) the final number of the Series B Bonds offered in the Offering at 750,000 Series B Bonds.
The issue price of the Series B Bonds has been set with a
view to the identity of the financial benefits attached to
the Series A Bonds and the Series B Bonds considering the
fact that the Series B Bonds will be issued at a later date
than the Series A Bonds.
