The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW") informs that the shareholders present at the GPW Ordinary General Meeting on 27 June 2024 ("GPW OGM") jointly held 42,121,461 votes.

The shareholder which held at least 5% of votes at GPW OGM were:
- the State Treasury, which held 29,390,940 votes equal to 69.78% of votes at the GPW OGM and 51.80% of the total vote.
- Allianz Polska OFE, which held 2,242,998 vote equal to 5.33% of votes at the GPW OGM and 3.95% of the total vote.

The total number of shares issued by the Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votes conferred by the shares is 56,744,470.
