Resolution No. 2/2014
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 2 January 2014

concerning the admission to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of
series A and B bearer ordinary shares
of the company VISTAL GDYNIA S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 3.1, § 3.2, § 3.5 and § 3.6 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading on the main market the following series bearer ordinary shares of the company VISTAL GDYNIA S.A., a par value PLN 0.05 each:
a) 10,000,000 series A shares,
b) 4,210,000 series B shares.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
