Resolution No 13/2014
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 7 January 2014

concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the WSE Main List
of series A and B bearer ordinary shares
of the company VISTAL GDYNIA S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 8 January 2014 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the following series bearer ordinary shares of the company VISTAL GDYNIA S.A. a par value PLN 0.05 each, coded as "PLVTLGD00010" by the National Depository for Securities:
a) 10,000,000 series A shares,
b) 4,210,000 series B shares;

2) to list the shares of the company VISTAL GDYNIA S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "VISTAL" and the code "VTL".

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
