The Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that based on the Management Board resolution no. 42/2007 of January 16, 2007, as amended, following the trading session on February 4, 2013 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and number of shares of PKOBP company (ISIN PLPKO0000016) will be changed as follows:

Following the rules, weightings of PKOBP shares in the above mentioned indices will be reduced to the limits specified in the regulations of each index.
The extraordinary adjustment results from an increase of free float shares of PKOBP company over EUR 250 million.
Gielda Papierow Wartosciowych w Warszawie SA (Warsaw Stock Exchange, GPW) is a Poland-based stock exchange.
