Resolution No. 42/2014
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 15 January 2014

concerning determining the last trading date in the WSE Main List of
the rights to series E bearer ordinary shares of the company
MERCATOR MEDICAL S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 17 of Division 1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the WSE Management Board determines 16 January 2014 as the last trading date of 2,160,850 rights to series E bearer ordinary shares of the company MERCATOR MEDICAL S.A. a par value PLN 1 each, coded as "PLMRCTR00031" by the National Depository for Securities.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
