The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") informs that the shareholders present at the WSE Extraordinary General Meeting held on 17 January 2013 jointly held 36,619,915 votes. A shareholder which held at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the WSE on 17 January 2013 was the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland which held 29,376,940 votes equal to 80.22% of votes at the Meeting and 51.70% of the total vote.
The total number of shares issued by the Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votes conferred by the shares is 56,821,470.
Legal basis: Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
