Gibus has purchased 1,900 of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - Gibus Spa reported that it purchased 1,933 of its own ordinary shares between Nov. 13 and Nov. 17.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR9.9960, for a total consideration of EUR19,322.27.

As of today, the company holds 33,386 treasury shares, or 0.7 percent of its share capital.

Gibus' stock is down 0.5 percent at EUR10.00 per share.
