RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Gibb River Diamonds Ltd ("Gibb" or "the Company")(ASX:GIB) is pleased to advise that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, the outcomes of each resolution put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 23 November 2020 at 3.00pm (AWST).
All Resolutions were passed on a poll.
Information required to be disclosed by the Company in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) is attached.
