Generation Bio Co. announced that it has received $111.471805 million in funding from a group of investors

On January 10, 2020, Generation Bio Co. closed the transaction. The round was led by funds and accounts managed by T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (NasdaqGS:TROW).

The round also included participation from new investors Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C., Wellington Management Group LLP, returning investor Atlas Venture L.P., Fidelity Management & Research Company, Casdin Capital, LLC, Deerfield Management Company, L.P., Foresite Capital Management, LLC, The Invus Group, LLC, and an entity associated with SVB Leerink.
