PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Rome, January 20, 2014 - Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting of April 18, 2013, Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso S.p.A. announces that, on January 14, 2014, it acquired 50,000 of its own shares at an average price of 1.4144 euros per share, for a total of about 71,000 euros.
