PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Rome, January 14, 2013 - Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting of 23rd April 2012, Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso S.p.A. announces that, on January 11, 2013, it acquired 30,000 of its own shares at an average price of 0.9486 euros per share, for a total of about 28,000 euros.
