Growens stretches over 25 percent. The company announced Friday that its board of directors has resolved to approve the signing of a binding agreement for the sale of Growens' MailUp business unit and its holdings in Contactlab Spa, Acumbamail SL, MailUp Nordics A/S and its subsidiary Globase International Aps to TeamSystem Spa for a total consideration of EUR70 million on a cash/debt free basis.

Fope, on the other hand, rises 5.0%, following eve's green with 3.2%.

GM Leather SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the leather tanning and processing sector. The Company is focused primarily on the procurement of raw materials: raw bovine hides and semi-processed leather, as well as on marketing of both the raw materials and the finished product. Its products include furniture items and leather goods. The Company takes care of the production chain of the tanning industry through its subsidiary Genesi Srl, which focuses on customized processes such as retanning, dyeing, finishing and quality control. The Company acts as a partner for international and Italian customers such as distributors and brands operating in the furnishing, fashion and leather goods sector.
