FSPG Hi-Tech CO., Ltd. (SZSE:000973), Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium Co., Ltd. and Star Lake Bioscience Co., Inc.Zhaoqing Guangdong (SHSE:600866) entered into an agreement to acquire 10% stake in Guangdong Guangxin Innovative Research Centre Co. from Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group Ltd. for CNY 33.5 million on December 3, 2021. Pursuant to the agreement, Guangdong Xingfa's consideration amounts to CNY 11.2 million. The audited consolidated total asset value and net asset value of the Guangdong Guangxin and its subsidiary were approximately CNY 335 million and approximately CNY 327 million, respectively, as at 31 July 2021.
FSPG HI-TECH CO., LTD. is a China-based company principally engaged in the production and distribution of polymer functional membranes. The Companyâs main products include barrier materials, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) slice materials, dialysis materials, electrochemical engineering materials, optical materials and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) rolling materials, among others.
