Certain Shares of Frontier International Inc. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 26-AUG-2019. These Shares will be under lockup for 180 days starting from 27-FEB-2019 to 26-AUG-2019.

Regarding the offering and the offer by underwriting purchase underwriting, Yasuhiro Kawamura, the seller and lender shareholder, Shinichiro Watanabe and Takashi Furui, the sellers and the shareholders of the Company, Sanko Textile Industry Co., Ltd., Tsunekazu Munakata, Takanobu Eguchi, Masaki Matsumoto, Mitsuyuki Noguchi, Tadashi Norimatsu, Teruyuki Tanaka, Kazunori Nishijima, Shinichi Misawa, Takehiro Tozuka, Seishi Narayama, Satoru Kanda, Yuki Kokubo, Matsugi Fujii and Yukie Takada, have promised SMBC NIKKO SECURITIES INC. that they will not sell the company's common shares held by own calculation on the date of the original underwriting agreement without being subject to prior written consent of the lead manager, during the period from the date of the original subscription agreement for the offering by underwriting and until August 26, 2019, the 180th day from the date of listing.

The event promotion business is involved in the planning, operation and production of field events. The campaign promotion business is involved in the management of the campaign secretariat and the premium & novelty planning production. The PR business is involved in the provision of PR, planning of public relations activities, as well as strategy formulation and advices. Space produce business is involved in the space development with event art and display, among others. Digital promotion business is involved in the planning and operation of digital campaign and the production of contents. The over-the-counter sales support business is involved in the provision of over-the-counter sales support and other services.
