Forth Vending Company Limited announced that it expects to receive THB 400 million in funding from Forth Smart Service Public Company Limited

Forth Vending Company Limited announced a private placement of 40,000,000 common shares at a price of THB 10 per share for the gross proceeds of THB 400,000,000 on March 11, 2021. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Forth Smart Service Public Company Limited (SET:FSMART). The transaction has been approved at Meeting of the Board of Directors No. 3/2021.
