Forth Smart Trading Company Limited agreed to acquire certain non core assets from Forth Smart Service Public Company Limited (SET:FSMART) for THB 98.8 million on January 19, 2017. On January 19, 2017, the transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Forth Smart Service Public Company Limited. Forth Smart Trading Company Limited cancelled the acquisition of certain non core assets from Forth Smart Service Public Company Limited (SET:FSMART) on January 19, 2018.
