Focus Dynamics Group Berhad agreed to acquire 24% stake in The Arch Properties Sdn. Bhd. from Ong Kah Hoe for MYR 0.02 million.

Focus Dynamics Group Berhad (KLSE:FOCUS) agreed to acquire additional 24% stake in The Arch Properties Sdn. Bhd. from Ong Kah Hoe for MYR 0.02 million on January 29, 2024.

Currently, Focus Dynamics Group Berhad holds 51% stake and after the acquisition will hold 75% stake in The Arch Properties Sdn. Bhd. The transaction will be funded from internally generated funds.

The transaction is expected to close in 30 days.
