The Company is engaged in the business of debt collection services for banks, non-banking financial company (NBFC) and financial institutions. It deploys its manpower to visit and collect overdue payments of loans/credit cards/credit facilities advanced to borrowers by its clients. Its services include skip tracing, bad debt recovery, non-performing assets (NPA) and write-offs. The Company also operates eight call centers with approximately 200 workstations along with a call recording, dialer and customer relationship management (CRM) facility. It also offers vehicle repossessions or other hypothecated assets at the request of its clients.
