Business Summary

Fila Holdings Corp, formerly Fila Korea Ltd, is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of sports casual clothing, shoes and others. The Company distributes its products including jackets, training wears, pants, round shirts, T-shirts, sweaters, swimming clothes, shoes, bags, hats, belts, wallets, socks, gloves, towels, scarves, ski products, as well as swimwear, among others, for men, women and kids. The Company provides its products under the brand names of fila, fila golf, fila intimo, fila kids, filativa and fila outdoor. The Company also involves in royalty business, as well as order production of football, baseball, badminton and other uniforms. The Company distributes its products through sales agents, department stores, outlet shops and discount stores.
