Comment on FCA's 2014 Sales in Italy FCA closed 2014 with Italian sales up 0.75% for the year and 1.4% for the month of December. Group models took the top five positions for the year. Jeep brand sales were up 94.5%, the highest percentage increase for any Group brand, and Fiat brand sales were up 0.8%. The Fiat Panda confirmed its position as the number one model in Italy and the Panda and 500 accounted for a combined 59.5% share of the Italian A segment. The 500L led the Small MPV segment with a 54.6% share.

The Italian auto market closed 2014 with new vehicle registrations up 4.2% year-over- year to nearly 1,360,000 vehicles (2013: 1,305,000).

FCA posted full-year sales of nearly 377,000 vehicles (+0.75%), accounting for a

27.7% share of the market.
In December - with the industry up 2.35% to 91,500 vehicles - FCA sold more than
25,000 vehicles (+1.4%) for a 27.6% share of the market (+30 bps versus November
2014).

Fiat brand posted full-year sales of more than 281,500 vehicles (+0.8% vs. 2013) with market share at 20.7%.

For the month of December, brand sales were above the 17,500 vehicle mark and share was 19.2% (20.2% in December 2013).
The Panda was the best-selling car in Italy, for both December and the full year, and
the model accounted for a 41.4% share of the A segment with more than 104,000 vehicles sold. The 500L confirmed its position as one of the most popular models in Italy, leading the Small MPV segment with a 54.6% share for the year, and the 500 continued as one of the best selling A-segment models more than 7 years after launch. Overall, the 500 family posted another year of growth and the arrival of the
500X in early 2015 is expected to boost performance even further.

Lancia posted 2014 sales of just under 55,500 vehicles, with share down 30 basis points over 2013 to 4.1%.

In December, brand sales totaled nearly 3,600 vehicles, with share down 80 basis points year-over-year to 3.9%.
The Ypsilon ranked as the fourth best selling vehicle in Italy and closed 2014 with a
13.2% share of the B segment.

Alfa Romeo posted 2014 sales of just over 28,000 vehicles and market share was

2.1% (-30 bps).
December sales totaled 1,800 vehicles with market share at 2.0% (-40 bps).
The Giulietta maintained a consistently strong ranking throughout the year, closing
2014 with a 10.5% segment share.

Jeep posted an all-time annual sales record with volumes doubling over the prior year to more than 11,300 vehicles and market share increasing to 0.8% from 0.45%.

In December, brand sales passed the 2,300 unit mark, representing a 405% year- over-year increase, and market share increased a full 200 basis points to 2.5%.
The strong sales performance was primarily driven by the Grand Cherokee, which
posted a 19% segment share for the year, and the newly-launched Renegade, which captured a 20.6% segment share in December and entered the top ten for the first time.
