Fasadgruppen's subsidiary STARK Fasadrenovering will carry out a roof and façade renovation on the Verkstadshuset building at Skansen.

Verkstadshuset houses offices and workshops for Skansen's building department, which cares for and maintains Skansen's cultural heritage buildings. In addition to price, the Skansen Foundation also evaluated the tenderer's experience of working in a cultural heritage environment when awarding the project.
