F.C.C. Co., Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending September 30, 2022 and fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. For the six months, company expects revenue of JPY 97,000 million, Operating profit of JPY 4,000 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 2,800 million and Basic earnings per share to be JPY 56.32.
For the year, company expects revenue of JPY 202,000 million, Operating profit of JPY 11,500 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 8,000 million and Basic earnings per share to be JPY 160.90.
F.C.C. Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of two-wheeled vehicle clutches and four-wheeled vehicle clutches. The Company operates through two business segments. The Four-wheeler Clutch segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of clutch products for automatic vehicles and manual vehicles. The Two-wheeler Clutch segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of clutch products for motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and general-purpose machine clutches, as well as other parts and components for two-wheeler and four-wheeler products.
