Marfrig Alimentos SA (BOVESPA:MRFG3) agreed to acquire an additional 0.04% stake in Excelsior Alimentos S.A. (BOVESPA:BAUH4) from seven remaining shareholders for BRL 0.01 million on July 4, 2013. The offer per share is BRL 4.59.
