(Alliance News) - eVISO Spa reported that it purchased 4,200 of its own ordinary shares between June 10 and June 14.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR5.1401, with a total value of EUR21,588.44.

As of today, the company holds 638,669 treasury shares, accounting for 2.6 percent of its share capital.

eVISO's stock trades in the green by 0.8 percent at EUR5.16 per share.
