Panthera Graphite (PGT) is a joint venture downstream graphite processing group, Metachem Manufacturing, India and the Company. The Companyâ€™s subsidiaries include BlackEarth Australia Pty Ltd, Madagascar Graphite Ltd, and BlackEarth Minerals Madagascar SARL.
