Nanjing Chixia Development Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600533) intends to acquire additional 3% stake in Nanjing Xinghui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. from Everyday Network Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300295) for CNY 3.1 million on August 27, 2020. After the transfer is completed, Nanjing Chixia Development Co., Ltd. will hold 51% stake and Everyday Network Co., Ltd. will no longer hold any shares of Nanjing Xinghui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. As of December 31, 2019, Nanjing Xinghui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. has total assets of CNY 2.5 billion and net assets of CNY 98.8 million. The transaction has been approved by the 17th meeting of the 7th directorate of Nanjing Chixia Development Co., Ltd.
Everyday Network Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the provision of network information services of real estate and home furnishing industries. The Company mainly provides real estate online to offline (O2O),home furnishing O2O, community O2O, and Internet financing services, as well as research and consulting services, among others.
