MyPlanAdvocate Insurance Solutions, Inc. enter into letter of intent to acquire membership interests in Eversurance, LLC from EverQuote, Inc. (NasdaqGM:EVER) on June 30, 2023. The consideration is subject to customary post-closing adjustments. Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. acted as legal advisor to MyPlanAdvocate and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP acted as legal advisor to EverQuote.
The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of EverQuote.
