Eveready Industries India Limited Recommends Dividend for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2024, Payable on or Before September 2, 2024

Eveready Industries India Limited announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held April 26, 2024, recommended a Dividend at the rate of INR 1 per fully paid up equity share of INR 5 each, (20% of the face value of equity share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on August 3, 2024. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or before September 2, 2024. The Record date for the purpose of determining those Members who will be entitled to receive Dividend as approved by the Members at the upcoming AGM, shall be July 27, 2024.

It also distributes a range of electrical products, small home appliances and confectioneries.
