Euro-Med Laboratories Phil., Inc. at the regular meeting held on 26 November 2019, the Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Michael Vincent Y. Yap as Director and Assistant Corporate Secretary of the company effective at the end of working hours on 26 November 2019 to pursue Master's Degree abroad. The company also approved the early retirement of Mr. Arnold D. Ong as Senior Vice President effective 01 February 2020 due to personal reasons.
