Euro-Med Laboratories Phil., Inc. at its Organizational Meeting held on 28 June 2017 approved the appointment of Janice R. Ong as Investment Relation Officer and Jose A. Emiterio as Compliance Officer. The company also announced the appointments of Dr. William G. Padolina as Chairman of Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee, Mr. Edwin D. Feist, Esperanza I. Cabral, M.D., Dr. Johnny C. Yap and Mrs. Georgiana S. Evidente as Members of Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee and Mr. Edwin D. Feist as Chairman of Audit and Risk Oversight Committee, Dr. William G. Padolina and Atty. Francis Y. Gaw as Member of Audit and Risk Oversight Committee.
