EUDA Health Holdings Limited agreed to acquire CK Health Plus Sdn Bhd from Tan Meng Dong, Zhang Guohui, Zhang Xin, Chong Yew Phang and Chong Yew Yen for $15 million.

EUDA Health Holdings Limited (NasdaqCM:EUDA) agreed to acquire CK Health Plus Sdn Bhd from Tan Meng Dong, Zhang Guohui, Zhang Xin, Chong Yew Phang and Chong Yew Yen for $15 million on May 6, 2024. The consideration consists of $15 million in common equity. As part of the consideration, $15 million was paid towards common equity.

The deal is subject to customary closing conditions. The acquisition is expected to close on 8th May 2024.
