The Company is operational through three wholly owned subsidiaries located in China, Norway and Sweden. The Chinese subsidiary, ETM Electrical Co. Ltd, operates a manufacturing site located in Changzhou, which in turn wholly owns Jerry Ltd., a Shanghai-based distributor of ETM Electrical Co. manufactured products as well as other products purchased for resale. The Company’s two Scandinavian subsidiaries: Distribusjon AS (Norway) and Etmas AB (Sweden), are active within the distribution of the Company's products in the Scandinavian markets.
