As-me ESTELLE CO., LTD. (TSE:7872) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 150,000 shares, representing 1.34% of the outstanding shares for ¥110 million. Shares will be repurchased through the Tokyo Stock Exchange Off-Auction Own Share Repurchase Trading (ToSTNeT-3). The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and improve shareholder returns. The program will run until May 31, 2017. As of March 31, 2017, the company had 11,156,065 shares outstanding and 303,158 shares in treasury.
