DAECHANG Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A012800) acquired 16.5% stake in Essen Tech Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A043340) from Seowon Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A021050) for KRW 7 billion on February 12, 2016. Under the terms, DAECHANG acquired 11.9 million shares. DAECHANG will now own 24.5 million shares representing 34% stake.

DAECHANG Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A012800) completed the acquisition of 16.5% stake in Essen Tech Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A043340) from Seowon Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A021050) on February 12, 2016.
