Oslo - August 24, 2022 - Floatel International Ltd ("Floatel") presents its
consolidated financial statements for the second quarter of the financial year
2022.

Highlights:
o The second quarter fleet utilization was 67%. Total firm contract backlog
(excluding options) was approximately USD 119 million as of June 30, 2022.
o Revenues for the second quarter were USD 45.9 million and EBITDA amounted to
USD 15.2 million.
o Floatel Endurance and Superior continued their charters for Equinor on the
Norwegian continental shelf during the quarter. Both charters have been extended
and now ends October 31, 2022.
o Floatel Triumph commenced its charter for Inpex at the Ichthys field in
Australia on June 20, 2022 and the charter for Shell at Prelude in Australia due
to commence in August has after the reporting period been suspended, details to
follow.
o Floatel Victory continued its charter for Equinor in Brazil to provide
Maintenance and Safety Unit services during the quarter. Equinor has extended
the charter so firm period ends on December 27, 2022.
