Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 5,000,000 shares, representing 3.57% of its share capital, for up to TWD 150 million. Such shares will be repurchased within a price range of TWD 20 per share and TWD 30 per share.

The main products are diffusion plate, light guide plate and other products. The Company's main products are component light guide plates and diffuser plates for display backlight modules, illuminated light guide plate diffuser plates and 5G mobile phone composite plates.
