(Alliance News) - Eni Spa announced Friday that some directors have bought back shares in the company.

Claudio Granata, the company's Director Human Capital & Procurement Coordination, bought back 11,000 treasury shares at an average price of EUR13.4202 each, for a total value of EUR147,622.20.

Luca Franceschini, Director Integrated Compliance, purchased 3,000 treasury shares at an average price of EUR13.44 each, for a total countervalue of EUR40,320.

Francesco Gattei, Chief Financial Officer of the company, bought back 5,000 shares at an average price of EUR13.3417 for a total of EUR66,708.50.

Giuseppe Ricci, General Manager Energy Evolution bought 5,000 shares at an average price of EUR13.49 each for a total of EUR67,450.

Finally, Gianfranco Cariola, Eni's Director Internal Audit, bought back 3,742 shares at an average price of EUR13.3868 for a total value of EUR50,093.40 approximately.

Eni on Friday trades in the red by 1.1 percent at EUR13.22 per share.
