This is with reference to your letter dated 5th January, 2023 seeking clarification on increase in volume of Company's securities across exchanges in the recent past.

We would like to inform that the Company is in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and has been promptly informing/disclosing to Stock Exchanges on all events and information from time to time which have bearing on the operation and performance of the Company. There is no pending undisclosed/price sensitive information or any impending announcement/corporate action which has a bearing on the price/volume behavior in Company's scrip. The increase in volume of Company's scrip is purely market driven.

Further, we would like to assure that Company, as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, shall continue to promptly inform the exchanges of all material events/information/actions.
