Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 2nd August, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at E.I. Bhawan, 1, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066 to, inter-alia, consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the First quarter ended on 30th June, 2023.
In continuation of our letter dated 30.06.2023, for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in EIL's securities has been closed from 01.07.2023 which will continue to remain close till 04.08.2023 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the EIL's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information". The Trading Window shall re-open on 07.08.2023. Accordingly, all concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested not to trade in the EIL's securities during the period of closed Trading Window.
