ENGIE Energia Peru SA is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the generation and transmission of electric power through secondary distribution channels. As part of the ENGIE group, the Company operates natural gas, thermal and hydroelectric power facilities located in the four regions of Peru: Lima, Moquegua, Pasco and Ancash. In addition, the Company supplies energy to the Peruvian National Grid (Sistema Electrico Interconectado Nacional - SEIN). The Company holds exploitation agreements in the mining, industrial, commercial and distribution sectors with such clients as Southern Peru Copper Corp, Quimapc SA, Universidad de Lima, Empresa Minera Los Quenuales SA and Compania Universal Textil SA, among others.
