According to the meeting of the Board of Director of Energy Earth Public Company Limited ("Company") no. 6/2017on 4 August 2017, the Board of Director has a resolution as follows;

1. The resolution to appoint Directors to replace three Directors who resigned with effective from August 4, 2017 as follows;

2. Col. Khanayos Suksanguan to replace Mr. Phisudhi Phihakendr as Director

3. Mr.Partheep Chinsangtip to replace Mr. Phipat Phihakendr as Director

4. Mr.Noppadon Chaidarun to replace Mr. Phiboon Phihakendr as Director

5. The resolution to appoint Directors to replace two Independent Directors who resigned with effective from August 4, 2017 as follows;

6. Mr.Patiphat Supasirisin to replace Mr. Somkiat Sukdheva as Chairman of the audit committee / Independent Director who resigned due to other duties.

7. Mr. Suriyan Thongpikul to replace Mr. Thongchai Watanasoponwong as Audit Committee/ Independent Director who resigned from his regular job overseas.

8. To appoint the authorized signatory person as follows; Name Position
